My HP 3760 is offline. I have gone through all of the trouble shooting suggestions. Nothing n the print queue, but unable to click on the printer tab to bring this back on line. I have  turned off & unplugged the printer. Reset my wireless router but still offline. Has anyone any ideas how to resolve this please. The problem happened after i tried to connect to wi-fi direct on my phone, That did'nt work. Printer was fine this morning.

@AngieMac,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is showing offline and you are unable to print wirelessly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the operating system you are using?

What is the wireless light status on the printer? (Blinking or steady)

Meanwhile, I recommend you restore the network defaults on the printer following the below steps and then connect the printer to your router and check.

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for five seconds

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Cheers!
