Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an all in one HP desktop system (new) connected to a wireless HP Envy 6255 printer. When I try to use HP Photo Creations App, Rocket Life server cannot detect my printer. All other apps have no issue

Hello,

Unfortunately, HP has suspended the HP Photo Creation program effective November 30, 2019. As a result, the program has been suspended since that date. And is no longer working.
