Hi @T2HarleyGirl

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.

To better assist you -

1) Are you using a dual band router?

2) Do you have a guest network enabled on your WiFi router?

3) Approximately how far is the printer located from the WiFi router?

While you respond to that, try rebooting the devices -

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices.
2) Wait for 60 seconds.
3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.

If the issue still persists, try restoring the network settings to defaults -

1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu.
2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu.
3. Select Restore Defaults.
4. Confirm selection to restore defaults

To connect the printer to the network, run the wireless wizard -

1. Press the Wireless button from the printer control panel, and then select Settings.
2. Scroll to select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the wireless connection.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
