My dad changed out the ink cartridge on his HP wireless printer and after that it prints fine for everything except gmails. The Gmail will show in its entirety until you hit print. Then it will only show the left half in print preview and will only print the left half.. I went to my own Gmail from my phone and connected wirelessly to the same printer and it printed fine. I cannot figure out what the problem could be because again , it prints fine from anything else on the internet. He's using a chrome box

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Which Chromebook are you using? As this issue is laptop related.

Let's try a reset here:

You can restore your browser settings in Chrome at any time. You might need to do this if apps or extensions you installed changed your settings without your knowledge. Your saved bookmarks and passwords won't be cleared or changed.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.
    • Chromebook, Linux, and Mac: Under "Reset Settings," click Restore settings to their original defaults and then Reset Settings.
    • Windows: Under "Reset and cleanup,” click Reset Settings and then Reset Settings.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!
