Help!!! My printer will only print text. If i attempt to print a picture it will start the process and then freeze. But it will not show anything in queue. I thought it was an ink issue but i replaced the ink, restarted the computer, ran the hpdr, and cleaner cartridge without any success! Printer is only a few months old.

I am trying to print a PDF that includes text and some images.  The printer is not printing the images.   It is only printing the text.  I am not trying to print photographs.  That is a PDF document.  Please help.
