My printer won’t print on 6x4 photo paper
will print on A 4 photo and plain paper

This might require remote access of the computer to fix this issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

I understand you've issues printing on the photo paper 4x6 on the printer. To resolve the issue, follow the steps below-
Ensure the paper tray settings on the printer are configured correctly. To change the print settings on HP Smart App, refer to the steps:
-
On the HP Smart app home screen, tap a Print or Scan tile.

Select or scan the document or photo you want to print.

Tap Edit.

Tap icons at the bottom of the screen to change print settings such as number of copies, color options, or page size.

When you are ready to print, tap Done to save the changes and return to the Preview screen, and then tap Print.
