Product: OfficeJet Pro 6978
I just purchased the Officejet Pro 6978 and completed setup. I have to connect to a VPN for work. I can only get the wireless printing feature to work while I'm disconnected from the VPN. Can I wire the connection as well so that it works while I'm connected to the VPN?

@dbax, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Printers may not work on a VPN connection and is not recommended by HP. I would suggest you use a private network with a router.
