Dear HP,
I can not send any thing to HP printer bot on msn. I got a message below ;
Sorry Pisit. that file is no longer availabel. Try sending it to me again.
The problem since 2 weeks ago.
Could you please help to fix asap?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- What model printer are you using?
- Do you use any app on your iPhone to print?
- Try printing different types of files like PDF, MS Word or Web pages and check if that works.

it is hp ink tank wireless 410.
it working on sending to e-mail (email address removed - check Rules of Participation #4).
it working on hp smart.
just only hp print bot on msn mobile do not work.

Updating the printer firmware, iOS and checking the ePrint account settings may resolve this issue. let us try these steps:
Step 1: Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Step 2: Update iOS
Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
The screen shows the currently installed version of iOS and whether an update is available.
Step 3: Login to HP connected account and make sure that ePrint access is allowed to Everyone/all accounts.
Also, Try going to Facebook messenger and use HP Print Bot to print to check if it works.

Dear HP,
I did all of you suggesstion since last week.
Firmware Updated.
IOS Updated.
It do not working.
one thing when i send a picture to msn hp bot print normaly will popup picture with 3 options (edit,seting,print).
but since the problem it never show a picture then only 3 option popup.

Then when i click on "Edit Photo" , I got this url below ;

then message popup "loading..." and nothing happends.
