Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Salve, riscontro dei problemi con l'account Instant Ink, in quanto non riesco ad accedere al mio piano Instant.  Quando entro con il mio account, mi si apre la solita pagina di registrazione e non la finestra di account con i piani di consumi. La registrazione completa l'ho già effettuata ed ho appena installato gli inchiostri instant ink, inviandomi da HP Instant Ink.

Come posso procedere alla risoluzione del problema?   Grazie
