Problems with app

I just got my Hp Officejet Pro 8600 and I have the app I went on eprint to set up my account and everything. When I go to the app it says, "All coupons for your printer exhausted. Please try again later." I have never been able to print directly from my printer. Please help

I see that you're having an issue with the coupon app on your printer. I would suggest following this link and looking at VisionAiry reply.
