How do I reduce the font size on the printer so that a single page of my electronic document prints onto a single page at my printer?

The font size is controlled by your printing software.  Whatever application you use for printing you set the font size there.  This includes your browser also.

Printing  emails and online text the printer font is so large that it runs off the paper.  How do I correct that
