We are trying to reset our bluetooth and are having troubles doing it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I checked the specifications of your printer and your printer doesn’t support Bluetooth connectivity.
 

However, if you are trying to reset the wireless connection on the printer, please follow the below steps.

 

Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for five seconds.
