Dammit it still isn’t doing anything for me. Does it need to be online with the printer in order to make the change? Doesn’t make sense if it does, but I’ve not tested it yet. It should be able to be resized even if the printer is offline.
everywhere I pinch, touch or anything shows no difference. I’ve tried different pictures.
any ideas? Can HP change it back to how it was before?
