Used to be able to scan to email. Will no longer work. Get "Server Connection Error 403". Internet is connected, but no scan to email. Have unplugged, reset to factory settings, assigned a manual DNS IP Address to 18.104.22.168 and secondary to 22.214.171.124. and it still will not work. HELP!!!!

I see that you are having some issues with a Server Connection error when using Scan to Email on your Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer. I can help you with that.
To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done:
- On the printer click on the Web Services icon that looks like a tablet with a phone beside it.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Remove Web Services.
- Click on the Web Services icon again.
- Click on Setup and Yes.

Photosmart 6520. When trying to scan a document to my email, I am now getting error message 403 saying cannot connect to server. When I get to #5 on the instructions below, my printer screen continues to show "connecting" and it will not get out of this cycle.
