I'm in Florida and someone in England is printing to my printer.  We happen to have the same name "Paul Adams".  I'm assuming his printer email is [Personal Information Removed]

My printer email address was the same and I used the in printer webserver to change it and the webpage says it has been changed but I still get his prints and I have tried to email to my new email address and I dont get anything from me.

Actually, I told Paul Adams - UK last year that I was getting his prints (One of the copies had his GMAIL address).  And I told him again today that I'm still getting his prints.  What is the best way to stop this from happening besides throwing the HP printer in the trash and buying CANON or Epson?

Hp Connected is designed to allow only one unique address to your printer.  In spite of the unlikely scenario "if something can happen, it might happen", there should only be one ePrint email address for your printer.

If you are sure Paul UK is using your printer's ePrint email address, you want to talk to the staff in Cloud Services to have the issue sorted.

Set up the "Allowed Senders" to prevent "other" people from sending ePrint jobs to your printer.

If Paul UK is not using ePrint (HP Connected) to print to your printer, you can prevent access to your network by restricting who can use your network.
