@Suzan22, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To assist you better, which device are you trying to print from?
What happens when you try to print? Do you get any errors?
How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?
For now, Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Also, check the ink levels on the printer.
