Product: HP8600 inkjet printer/air printer/scannerample: Pavilion 65XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've had my printer for a couple of years and it worked fine.  Suddenly the screen has dimmed and has extremely faint images, making it impossible to see.  I have twice tirned off thw power and unplugged the printer.  After turning on, the screen remains the same.

Before the problem raised its ugly head I had downloaded the Smart HP app.  But since then Window 10 has been removed from my computer and Windows 7 was installed.   I would appreciate any suggestions.

HP Recommended

Get yourself a replacement screen on eBay and replace it it's 5-minute job.
