Does anyone know how to configure the settings so that when I Print from Anywhere, it will be two-sided, black & white? Thank you!!

What do you mean by "when I Print from Anywhere"?

You may set it to defaults when printing from your Mac as following:

From the file used to print click the File menu and select Print.
NOTE: The Print window might be minimized. Press on Show Details to show any available print option.

In the expanded Print window you will find next to Copies the checkbox for Two-Sided. Check the box.
NOTE: If the checkbox does not appear within the specific application print dialog, skip this step.

To select the binding type click the lowest selection box listed as the name of the program (e.g. TextEdit)
Will appear as Copies & Pages within Microsoft Office applications.

Select Layout from the drop-down menu.

Set the Two-Sided option as Long-Edge binding (Portrait), or Short-Edge binding (landscape).

Next, follow the steps below in order to print using Black Ink only:

If you see Black & White checkbox, check it, else follow the next steps.

To access the color options, click the lowest selection box listed as the name of the program (e.g. TextEdit)
Will appear as Copies & Pages within Microsoft Office applications.

Select Paper Type/Quality from the drop-down menu.

Click the triangle next to Color Options to expend the settings.

Set the Color field as Grayscale.

Set the Grayscale Mode as Black Ink Cartridge Only.

You may save the settings for future use by clicking Presets > Save Current Settings as Preset... Any used preset will remain default till another preset will be used.

Regards,
Shlomi
