URGENT: Unable to scan to email LARGE documents on HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

HP Officejet Pro 8600 PLUS using MobileApp
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Under Apps --> Scan to Email

Scanning documents to email working only about 10 pages

More pages or document is not being sent thru email

Is THERE A LIMIT TO DOCUMENT SIZE/PAPERS TO SCAN TO EMAIL?

HOW TO RESOLVE ON SETTINGS OF PRINTER OR YAHOO A/C, IF ANY?

Thank you

@officejet20rb

This is nothing your printer can do because it is the limitation from your email client/agent/account. One thing you can do: scan at LOWER RESOLUTION (dpi) but the down side is the quality of the document would be bad un-readable.

Probably you have to do a hard way: scan to few files, say 10 pages each then send one by one. For example for a 45 pages document

file 1  from p1 to p10

file 2 from p11 to 20

....

file 5 from 41 to 45

Then send 5 times to recipient(s).

But, from the following information, Yahoo allows you to send 25MB attachment that means you can send a normal 100 A4 pages document (pdf file)

Do you know how big the scanned document is ? How many pages ? If too big probably you set dpi is too high, please select 300dpi to scan.

Regards.
