Hello, i'm having trouble downgrading to 15 pages a month for free, after using 50 pages a month. I am now unable to downgrade to the 15 pages a month for free option. Is this no longer possible?

Hi,

The free plan is only available while registering and not as a downgrade, that is clearly listed by the terms of service:

b. FIFTEEN (15)-FREE-PAGES-PER-MONTH PROGRAM.

v. No Downgrades. If You upgrade an Enrolled Printer from the 15-Free Program to a paid Service Plan (an “Upgraded Printer”), You may not subsequently downgrade the Upgraded Printer in order to return to the 15-Free Program. Additionally, You may not downgrade a printer from a paid Service Plan to the 15-Free Program.

Well, that's a very bad business choice? That will only result in me ending my subscription, as it would be insane for me to pay that much for only printing a couple of papers every month.

You can use that as my feedback as you please... disappointed customer...
