HP ENVY 4500

Hi.  I have an HP Envy 4500 and have registered it to cloud print apparently but it is not showing up in my devices and I don't know who the owner is.  I assume the owner is myself since I set up the printer when we got it.  Is there anyway I can find the owner details so everyone in my family can access the printer on cloud print.  Or is there anyway to unregister the printer and start again?  Our printer email address is [Personal Information Removed] in case you need this.
