I am trying to connect my printer wirelessly and i get the message "wireless capabilitiies have been disabled. Contact your administrator or the person who set up the printer." I am the person that set this printer up and i never disabled the wireless. I have tried to reset the network and factory defaults but i still get the same message.

Hey there! @wcomer123, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you are getting wireless capabilities have been disabled contact administrator error on your printer.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Try restoring the network settings to default and check if it helps.
Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. Touch Restore
Network Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the
network defaults have been restored.
If the issue still persists try restoring the printer back to factory settings and check if it helps.
Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, select Reports and then select Print
Network Configuration Page to print the network configuration page and verify
that the network settings have been reset.
Refer the print user guide for more information.
If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. Try performing a semi-full reset on your printer and check if it helps.
Since the steps to perform a semi-full reset is confidential I will send you the steps in a private message.
Please watch your inbox for more information.
