Product: iPhone 8s Plus
Operating System: iOS 12 - 12.0.1

When trying to print from iPhone to printer (wirelessly), the printed page(s) come out printed in the size of a #10 envelope.  I had printed some #10 envelopes from the desktop a few weeks ago, and this has happened ever since.  I cannot find any setting to change the size of the output.  Anything I print from the desktop prints fine; this only happens from my iPhone.

Updating the printer firmware, iOS and then adjusting the font size on your iOS devices may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

Please ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and iOS is up to date with it's software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer and iOS:

Update software on iOS

Use the steps available here to adjust the font size on your iPhone and then try to print.
