Product: HP ENVY 5020
Operating System: Chrome OS

When I try to print wirelessly from an Acer Chromebook 14 to my printer, the print menu box appears and the Destination box which allows me to select my printer just keeps defaulting to 'Save as pdf' rather than to the name of my printer.  The printer works fine from my iPad.  Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
