Printer was working fine next day try to send job to the printer via HP Smart app and screen is blue other lights are flashing code is C4EB8024
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print due to an error on the printer. I'd be happy to assist you.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware (If possible)

Check if the print carriage is moving freely inside the printer.
