Emails sent to ePrint are getting rejected by HP for 1 domain with error 550 5.7.1 Command rejected
Other Domains can send print jobs to the same printer and they work without issue
What are the requirements for ePrint?

I have reviewed the linked document and the relevant section is
Enter only the printer email address in the 'To' field: only the printer address is in the to/cc fields
Add text in the 'Subject' field: Subject is not blank
Attach no more than 10 items to the email: 1 attachment of 11.5kb size
Documents: Attachment is a word document
The exact same email is accepted from 1 domain but rejected with error code of "550 5.7.1 Command rejected " from another domain.
The email is being rejected by HP servers
How do I get this domain whitelisted so we can use the ePrint functionality?

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
