I am using an Hp Designjet plotter and suddenly this error 63:04 error appeared so I went to the Hp site to search for the solution and then it suggested me to unplug the cable at the rear of the machine and turned it on. If it dont work I should upgrade the firmware but the when I installed the tool it won't detect the printer.
Can ayone tell me what to do if you encountered the same problem? I really need help.

Error 63:04 seems to be wth the LAN Card.
Try reseating the power and network cable, If error code occurs, the Firmware needs to be updated.
