When printing from my iphone 5 the printer pages come out with a faint double exposure, extra large font and 3 sheets of paper for a simple 2 paragrah message. This also happens when using my dell laptop. wireless setup. Have downloaded latest drivers and ran diagnostics from tool box. Very odd, the print quality and diagnostic report prints in a pristine manner, all on one page and readable.

Hello, @5window – Greetings!

Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.

I see that you are having issues while printing from both iPhone and your Laptop. I would like to help.

Printing from iPhone:

Try using the HP AiO Printer Remote App to print from your iPhone. You can download this app from the Apple istore. Please go to http://hp.care/2dlUQ2b for detailed instructions to setup and use this app.

Printing from laptop:

It sounds more like a driver issue with the printer. I understand you have already tried to reinstall the same. But follow the steps below to completely uninstall and then reinstall with the basic print / scan drivers:

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Cheers 🙂
