HP Officejet Pro 8030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a Hp Officejet Pro 8030. i set everything up and it was working great but the eprint email notifications keep going to the wrong email address. Whenever someone sends and email to my printer for a file to print, the printer sends me an email saying something was sent and is printing. I appreciate the email, but the email is being sent to the wrong email address. I want to manage the notifications and settings of my eprint but am unable to find the eprint properties all of the help boards are talking about in HP Smart. Does anyone have any ideas of how  I can fix this issue and make the eprint email notifications go to the correct email address? I tried resetting the printer to factory default but it did not work.

Hi @Sarah342

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

Additional preferences are available when you add your printer on the HP Smart website. Go to Setting Up an Account on the HP Smart Website for steps to set up the account. Once added, click My Printers to change the settings.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Have a great day!

I looked at the link you provided but it did not help. After I logged in, Hp smart does not include the ePrint settings or ePrint access section for my printer. There is not even an area to click to find those sections. I am not able to access anything to do with the settings of the printer through HP smart

If you would like to change the ePrint email address, kindly refer to this document. For more info on how to print using the ePrint feature, click here.

Let me know how this goes.
