Hi! @angharad, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand that your printer will not print in landscape.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Please provide the operating system you are running on your PC.

Try the steps recommended below.

Click on Start>>Control Panel>>Printers.  Then Right Click on the printer icon>>Click on Properties>>Click on Advanced tab>>Select Print directly to the printer.  Click on Apply>>OK

In the software, you are using to print from select "Print" and click the "Properties" button. Select the "Layout" tab and identify the "Orientation" option - it is a dropdown menu - change it to "Portrait" and click "Apply" and "OK".
Open "Control Panel" and select "Devices and Printers" identify your printer (there may be more than one shown) with a green tick on it. Double click the icon and in the new box select "Adjust Print Options". Select the "Layout" tab and identify the "Orientation" option - it is a dropdown menu - change it to "Portrait" and click "Apply" and "OK"

Let me know if this helps!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
