HP Laptop AO Processor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everytime I print, I get a message saying, "Offline". I have had to use the scan doctor everytime, but it no longer works. It now says that I need to turn off my router. I have called HP numerous times and they have done their magic and got me to where I can print, but as soon as my computer turns off for the night, it goes offline the next day and my problems starts all over again. I have spoken to HP who finally said it is my network and referred me to Comcast. They actually sent someone out. They too got me going, but again, the next morning, I was offline. Comcast said that it was not a networking issue. My networking was fine. Anybody have this issue?
