Product: Color LaserJet PRO MFP M281cdw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am attempting to set up Web Services; whenever I try to enable the Web Services I get an error that "the printer is unable to connect to the internet." 

It is connected to my network and I can print/scan without problems over the WiFi. Every other device attached to the network has no problem accessing the internet, so it isn't an issue with my network or internet access. Any ideas?

Maybe you have a Parental Control set on the printer IP address?

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. No I dont have any access restrictions at all on my router.
