12 months free instant ink offer missing

Hello. My daughter purchased a HP Envy 6220 with 12 months free instant ink. She purchased this from ARGOS. It was a gift for me so I could replace an old printer. When I opened the box there was little sticker saying  up to 12 months free and to look for the flyer inside the box. There was no flyer. When I signed up for Instant Ink it said only 3 months free, not 12. I went ahead and signed up for the £3.49 option assuming it would change to 12 when it completed the sign up. It didn’t. Can someone advise how to get the 12 months as promised. I have screen grabs of the product from ARGOS and the receipt. They all clearly show 12 month free instant ink included. Can someone help? Thank you.
