I currently have the Instant Ink Free 15 Page Plan. Can I transfer this plan to a new printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are looking for help with enrolling in Instant Ink with a free trial.

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer the service from one printer to another printer.

 

However, you can add your new printer to your instant ink account with free trial if applicable and later remove one of the printer from the service if you are not using both the printers. 

 

Kindly refer to the steps "Get an Instant Ink trial" on this link and let me know if that resolves the issue.
