Hi, I registered for Instant Ink the day I bought the printer - however, the 2 month free trial was not applied. I checked under "My Plan" and it says I am paying for it. Please advice. Thanks!

Hi, I ended up calling HP and explained it. 

 

They gave me an extra 2 months for the trouble.

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months.

 

Once enrolled, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account.

If not, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
