HP Officejet Pro 6835 e-All-in-One Printer

I need help from an agent.  I have two new 935 ink 3 packs.  all the cartridges work, except cyan.  my old cyan cartridge works but is empty.  Seems like the printer works, but 2 bad cartridges is troubling and i do not intend to continue buying cartridges trying to find one that works.

 

need ideas and help.

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink cartridges.

 

Kindly refer to the steps from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.

Firmware up to date.

Cleaned contacts on the Cyan print cartridge and on the print head.

I put the old Cyan cartridge back in the printer and everything works fine, but the ink is almost gone.  I can print black and white, but color printing is affected.

I tried two different new Cyan cartridges and both message "defective".  The other cartridges in the 3Pack 935 work fine.

Problem is not solved/resolved.

I see that there is an issue with the new ink cartridges and may need replacement. 

This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
