I bought HP ENVY5055, and it was included card about 2 free months. How can I get this benefit?

Actually I thought this benefit would be applied automatically, so I started Instant Ink service.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Once you pick your plan and enroll the printer in Instant Ink, the 2-month free ink offer will be applied.

If it is not automatically applied. kindly send an image of the offer card in your next post to assist you better.

 

Also, I need more information to help you out.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
