2 month free trial for Instant Ink

HP Recommended
HP DeskJet 2632
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am meant to receive a 2-month free trial with the purchase of my new printer. I completed the enrolment the day of installing my printer and I also upgraded the plan, created the account and entered my card details. However, when I've checked my account and my plan there is no mention of any free months and it simply says I will be charged when I install the cartridge which is being shipped. Why has the 2 month free trial not been included and how do I get it added please?
