Product: Deskjet 2710

Hello, I purchased the deskjet 2710 printer today and signed up to the instant ink plan. It states on the box and purchase advertisement that I would receive a free 2 month trial of instant ink but I have no promotional code and as far as I am aware nothing has been added to my account.
