2 months free not came for my new bought printer

HP Recommended
Example: HP DeskJet 2752
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear HP Team,

 

Please resolve my problem.

Actually i bought yesterday the HP DeskJet 2752 with 2months instant Ink free offer.

I have installed printer and installed HP smart app in my mobile .Every thing is done from my side.

And I clicked on option in HP smart app for the HP intant Ink ..i am not seeing anything .

So please help me how to setup that two months free step by step and my product detils are below.

If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, the 2 free months will be credited to your Instant Ink automatically.

To know how to enroll, refer to this document. 

 

If you still do not see the free months in your account, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
