2 months free trial of instant ink with new printer bought

I have just bought an ENVY 5010 All in one. It arrived yesterday and I have just registered for smart ink. I did not see the 2 months free trial.

I live in Spain.

How can I claim my 2 months fre trial please?

2 months free trial of instant ink with new printer bought

Hey there! @Nawel,

Please share a picture of the 2-month free trial. So we can credit you the free months to your account.

When you buy a new printer and set it up either at or using the HP Smart app, you are offered a free trial of Instant Ink.
The number of free months depends on the offer at the time and the country of enrollment.
You must take advantage of this offer within 7 days. There is no special code and the free months are automatically applied to your account. After 7 days, the free trial offer expires.

To confirm that you received your free months:
Check the message on the Confirmation page just before you enroll, or sign into your account page at and find the free months under My Account > My Plan.
Free trial months are not offered when you sign up at – only at and the HP Smart app.

Remember to take advantage of the free trial offer while you are setting up your printer!

Also, share us few details through a private message. So I can check the account details and help you with the issue.
