2 months free trial of instant ink with new printer

Hi,

 

I've bought a new HP ENVY PRO 6455 with two months instant ink free trial however there was no promotional code given.
I have activated instant ink but no free period is identified on my account. I activated it the instant ink account the same day I setup the printer with 123.hp.com.  Can you please add the free 2 months to my account.

I called HP support on Friday and they fixed it for me already.
