Hello,

 

I recieved the HP Deskjet Plus 4122 as gift for christmas from my sister.  She had the the printer for about a year but never got round to using it.  The printer has never been opened or used until today 5th Jan 2022 when I have tried to set it up.  On the box it says that I can get 3 Months Trial free when setting it up.  However whilst setting it up I couldn't see how to activate the 3 months trial as the only offer I see if trying to subscribe is 1 month. 

 

The other problem in relation to this is the warranty has expired October 12 2021 even though the printer has been in a box unopened and unregestered until I did it today.

 

I have attached photos of the box showing the 3 months trial.
