3 years paying for instant ink yet not recieved even one cartridge for my printer!!! CROSS!!!

N/A just a very expensive to run non worthy printer to have

for the whole times of being an instant ink customer, I haven't once been in a receipt of any replacement cartridge and I have been paying for this service for over 3 years! I am disgusted at the fact that not even a simple phone number to get help with this issue is easy to come by! this service is disgusting and HP has gone right down in respect from me. I want ink cartridges sent out seems as ive payed for this service as well as getting store bought cartridge to keep the printing running for all the irrelevant waste that hp gets the printer to throw out often without permission! so frustrated and I want it sorted!

HP Instant Ink is a subscription service that sends ink before you need it based on your printing volume and ink levels. You might not receive ink cartridges every month. If you print many pages, you might receive multiple ink cartridges in a month.


To know more about the Instant Ink cartridge shipment, kindly refer to this document.
