Hi all
I am at cross roads. Bought new 3585/3530 ink jet printer 652. I was very happy over the moon. I unboxed and installed the software. Inserted the setup cartridges. Set up wifi and printed a few picture all wonder. After the color setup 652 cartridges was finished and the black was 3/4 away from being completed. I bought two new colour and black genuine hp cartridges 652. I removed colour set up cartridge and inserted the new 652 colour cartridge. When I got a error incompitable cartridge message. I tried removing the black setup cartridge and installing the new black 652 still no luck. I also notice that my printer only has 6months warranty left when I register the printer on hp site. The box and advisement say 1 year. I really like this printer but I am already having problems. I feel there something wrong with the printer. I want to send it back to the retail shop. What should I do?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
