Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

 

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hello there,

 

I am also experiencing this issue with activating my 4 month free trial of Instant Ink.

 

I followed the instructions on the HP Smart App which asked me for a claim code that I located by printing out Printer Info or something along those lines, however when I enter the claim code the page just shows where the plans should be and a constant loading circle icon and the page does nothing else.

 

I have also tried it on my mobile Internet browser but the same thing happened. Can someone advise how to fix this please?

The free months will be auto-credited to your Instant Ink account after you have completed the enrollment. Check if the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink.

To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
