I have replied to your DM.

 

I do think that if HP have adjusted the trial since these printers were shipped to customers and retailers that they’re should be none of this.

 

Had it not been for someone else having the same issue and posting online I would have had to call customer services.

 

Thats not a great start for HP in my book and previously I only used HP products and this would never have happened.

 

Hopefully you will get this sorted out for others so they don’t have to go through this process.
