4 month free instant ink trial

HP Recommended
HP Envy Pro 6430

When setting up my printer I saw no mention of the 4 month free instant ink trial (shown on the box and a sticker on the printer) and have not seen any mention of a promo code. I am unable to see any sign of it being automatically credited in my account.
