HP Envy Photo 7830

I have just purchased my HP Photo 7830 and it is meant to have  the 4 months trial instant ink but I have tried everything I read on the forum to get mine added to no avail. I bought my printer on Saturday and I don't want the 7 days to expire without putting this on.

Have you enrolled the printer in Instant Ink?

Do you have a label/sticker on the printer that mentions the 4-month free ink? Kindly send a picture of the same in your next post for better assistance.

 

Also, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
