I bought the HP Envy Pro 6400 at Costco last night, and on the box, it listed a 5 month free trial of HP Instant Ink. The instructions inside said to just sign up for an Instant Ink plan and that the trial would be offered automatically. I went throught the whole enrollment process and was never offered a free trial, as far as I can tell. I would like to redeem my 5 month free trial as promised at time of purchase. How can I go about doing this?
